From Bodmin follow signs for A389 Wadebridge. Take this road to Wadebridge, keep to by-pass (do not take turning off to Egloshayle & Wadebridge). You come to a roundabout, take the exit signposted Newquay A39, Truro A30. Follow the road over the new bridge, past Royal Cornwall showground on your left, after approximately 1 mile take turning on right signposted Padstow A389, St Issey, Little Petherick. Go through St Issey & Little Petherick. At T junction turn right to Padstow. Turn left before Padstow on the right hand bend onto the A3276 to Trevone & St Merryn. Follow road into Windmill and turn right down the hill into Trevone. Old Cottage is immediately next to the Post office
