Less than 3 minutes walk from Old Cottage there’s something for everyone, you can:
Enjoy the secluded Sandy Beach with Beach Shop & Bistro
Explore the “Rocky Beach” and natural swimming pool
Catch the waves Surfing and Bodyboarding
Stretch your legs on some spectacular Sea-View Walks
Get back to nature with some great Fishing

And of course Trevone is just a few minutes from the picturesque harbour of Padstow with its working fishing fleet and old pastel washed medieval houses, perfect for spending the day, whether its taking in the sights, discovering a bargain in one of the shops or catching the ferry to Rock. Padstow is also the home to many restaurants including the world famous Seafood Restaurant, and if you want to learn how to cook fish to perfection, there’s the Padstow Seafood School overlooking the Camel Estuary.
But that’s not all, there are several bike hire shops in Padstow that will let you hire a cycle for the day for a trip along the Camel Trail, a beautiful day out following the line of a disused railway along the edge of the Camel Estuary, and to finish off, treat yourself to some of the best Fish and Chips around from Rick Steins Fish and Chip Shop.
